I wanted to share a recipe I’ve been obsessed with lately. This Easy Vegan Cashew Cheese is amazing as a spread for crackers and as a dip for veggies. It’s creamy and delicious with a slight tang.
This cashew cheese is made with nutritional yeast. If you’re not familiar with nutritional yeast, it’s a vegan must-have! It’s similar to Parmesan cheese and it is chock full of vitamins.
This Vegan Cashew Cheese takes minutes to make and there’s no cooking involved (yay!)
- raw- 1 1/4 cups Cashews
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp White Wine
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until creamy.
