TGIF guys! I wanted to share with you my new favorite pick-me-up; this Layered Chia Seed Pudding and Banana Smoothie. It’s delicious and refreshing! It’s also vegan and really good for you!
Chia seeds are an amazing little superfood. They contain healthy omega-3 fatty acids, protein, fiber, and antioxidants. Usually when I have a smoothie I’m starving an hour later. Thanks to the protein, this smoothie actually fills you up!
