One of the reasons I love DIY projects so much is that it gives me the chance to re-imagine items in a whole new way. Oftentimes when I’m brainstorming DIY posts for the blog, I look around my craft room/garage/etc for objects that can be transformed into something better and more useful. It certainly stretches your creative muscle! April is Earth Month and I partnered with Tom’s of Maine “Luminous White™” Toothpaste Clean Mint to bring you this upcycled Coastal Mason Jar Organizer DIY!
I created this Mason Jar organizer using scrap wood and some mason jars I had lying around. I gave it a coastal vine be whitewashing the wood and using blue tinted jars instead of clear. I love the way this turned out! Not only does it fit in perfectly with my beach house decor, it’s so useful. The things I frequently use are right at my fingertips. No more digging around in the medicine cabinet!
Earth Month gives us an opportunity to look at our daily choices and see how we can protect the planet. These can be larger changes like creating your own vegetable garden in the backyard or small ones like making Earth-friendly choices when shopping. Supporting companies like Tom’s of Maine is a great way to be more natural and intentional about the brands you use. Tom’s of Maine “Luminous White™” Toothpaste Clean Mint is
