Fox Baby Blanket Free Knitting Pattern
I’m so excited to finally share this Fox Baby Blanket Knitting Pattern with you guys! I’ve been working on this knitting pattern for a while. I wanted to create a baby blanket that was gender neutral and not over-the-top cutesy. It works perfectly in Indigo’s woodland themed nursery and it can easily transition into his “big boy” room.

The idea for this baby blanket came from my Fox Scarf knitting pattern. I (approximately) doubled the size of the foxes and sewed them together. It turns out that they fit together perfectly- like puzzle pieces! I knit diamond shaped pieces to fill in the missing spaces. This blanket may look difficult to make but it’s actually all garter stitch with some increases and decreases.

I’m really happy with the way this baby blanket turned out. I can’t wait to make some more animal-themed blankets. Happy Knitting!

This is super cool. I want to figure out how to turn it into a hooded jacket for myself. Forget the kids, I want it for me!
