These Anthropologie pony holders add a pretty punch of color to a basic ponytail. They only cost pennies to DIY and they’re a great way to make use of your fabric remnants!
Supplies-
- Hair elastic
- Woven fabric -cotton or rayon
[Cut the hair elastic] |
[Cut your fabric to measure 16 inches long and 3 1/2 inches wide] |
[Fold fabric over width-wise and sew down seam leaving a 1 1/2 inch opening so you can turn it right side out] |
[Sew down the ends of the elastic near the edges of the fabric. Turn right side out] |
[Tie a double knot] |
