It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with braids (in hair, on jewelry, anywhere!) I wanted to create a scarf that wove together different colors/textures of knitted yarn.
Pattern
Yarn used- 1 skein Lion Brand Homespun Yarn in Wildfire, 2 skeins Red Heart Soft Yarn
Needles- Size US 13
With the heavier yarn (Homespun), cast on 14 stitches. Knit in Stockinette stitch until piece measures 84 inches. Bind off.
Repeat steps with one color of the Soft yarn.
With the other color of the soft yarn cast on 14 stitches. Knit in Garter stitch until pieces measures 84 inches. Bind off.
Tie off the ends with either plain yarn or crochet a chain. Braid the 3 scarves together and tie off the other end.
